Letter of reference from Mr C.W Wright, Manager of the Bank of New South Wales (predecessor to Westpac) in High Street, Wodonga. Shane Stone was employed briefly in the bank as a junior clerk and teller in training following his honourable discharge from the Australian Army. He successfully applied to the Victorian Department of Education to commence teacher training in 1970.
