Madeleine Stone visiting the 'Dog on the Tuckerbox' at Gundaghai the day the dog was restored to her plinth after an act of vandalism. The Stone family travelling to Queensland from Wodonga on school holidays in the 1950s and 1960s always stopped on the road trip to see the dog over two decades.
