NRRA Annual Report 2020-2021

The 2020 - 2021 Annual Report of the National Recovery and Resilience Agency. Incorporates In accordance with section 17A (2)(b) of the PGPA Rule the Drought and Flood Agency from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021, and the National Bushfire Recovery Agency from 5 May 2021 to 30 June 2021. This report outlines the operations and performance of NRRA (and predecessor Agencies absorbed by the latter for the respective periods indicated) for the financial year ending 30 June 2021. It has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act), the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) and the Department of Finance Resource Management Guide Number 135. The Report includes a Statement from the Australian National Audit Office (Auditor-General) that the Agency and its officers are fully compliant (the third year running dating from the North QLD floods). The Report was tabled in the Senate on 20 October 2021 and the House of Representatives on 21 October 2021.
