Coordinator-General of the Commonwealth National Recovery and Resilience Agency (NRRA) the Hon Shane L Stone AC QC and CEO of the Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA) Mr Brendan Moon. QRA is responsible for the Queensland Recovery Plan, and for event-specific state recovery plans developed with support from the Functional Recovery Groups, as outlined under-recovery governance. As CEO of QRA, Brendan Moon leads the strategic direction of Queensland’s permanent disaster recovery organisation. This includes coordination of natural disaster reconstruction efforts across Queensland with administrative responsibility for restoration and recovery funding under the Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA), Disaster Relief Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and the State Disaster Relief Arrangements. Brendan is also the State Recovery Policy and Planning Coordinator. Joint QRA / NRRA workshop hosted by QRA in Brisbane.
