NT News Col remembered for generosity, wisdom'. Article advising the passing of Col Fuller AM. Commentary from Barry Coulter AO and Andy Bryun AM. The article wrongly claimed that he was a Ministerial Advisor to Shane Stone, incorrect. More importantly, he was a former Department Secretary including Secretary of Chief Minister & Cabinet. Col was conferred a Member of the Order of Australia on Australia Day 1999 his citation read: 'FOR SERVICE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NORTHERN TERRITORY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE, LAND MANAGEMENT, CONSERVATION AND TOURISM PROJECTS.
