Letter of appreciation from HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di- Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on the occasion of the proclamation of Crown Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee of Brunei. A rare piece of correspondence from a ruling monarch. The Northern Territory has long enjoyed a close relationship with Brunei and Chief Minister Stone had a close personal working relationship with HM the Sultan of Brunei which is evident from the Archives on this website.
