Correspondence from Hamzah Haz, Minister of Investment and Chairman of the Investment Coordinating Board, Indonesia (Habibi and Abdurrahman Wahid Governments; later served as 9th Vice President of Indonesia 2001 - 2004), following the retirement of Shane Stone as Chief Minister of Australia's Northern Territory.
