Letter from the High Commissioner for Malaysia

Correspondence from His Excellency Dato Adnan Othman, High Commissioner for Malaysia to Australia, following the retirement of Shane Stone as Chief Minister of Australia's Northern Territory. Extensive mail, fax and telephone messages were received from throughout the Territory and from Australia wide, hence, a small selection of the correspondence has been included in the archives. Extract: ''Your commitment towards the enhancement of better relations between the Northern Territory and Malaysia, particularly Sabah and Sarawak, is much appreciated and will be long remembered. I am sure that with the achievements you have produced, this relationship will continue fruitfully in the years ahead''.
