Letter from Mrs Lily Ah Toy

8 September 1997

Handwritten note from Mrs Lily Ah Toy, a matriarch of the Territory Chinese community and constituent of Port Darwin following the very successful 1997 General Election campaign that saw the return of the Stone CLP Government. Extensive mail, fax and telephone messages were received from throughout the Territory and from Australia wide following the resounding election victory, hence, a small selection of the correspondence has been included in the archives.
