Correspondence from Mr Phillip Shirvington, Chief Executive, Energy Resources of Australia Limited (ERA), following the retirement of Shane Stone as Chief Minister of Australia's Northern Territory. Extensive mail, fax and telephone messages were received from throughout the Territory and from Australia wide, hence, a small selection of the correspondence has been included in the archives. Extract: ''Your four years as Chief Minister is marked by a number of successful achievements...we hope that your strong advocacy for closer regional and national links between Asia and Australia will evolve with successive Northern Territory governments''.
