Former Chief Minister Shane Stone with Lesley Tungutalum, Deputy Mayor of Tiwi Islands Regional Council and Deputy Chair of the Tiwi Land Council (son of former CLP member for Tiwi, NT Legislative Assembly, Hyacinth Tungutalum 1972-74, the first ever indigenous Australian elected to an Australian Parliament) and Stan Tipoloura, Member of the Tiwi Land Council (son of Stan Tipoloura, former ALP member for Arafura, NT Legislative Assembly, largely based on the Tiwi Islands 1987-1992) attending Facing North Parliament House Canberra.
