Correspondence from the Foreign Minister of Indonesia H.E Ali Alatas SH on the election of Shane Stone as Chief Minister of Australia's Northern Territory. Extensive congratulatory mail, fax and telephone messages were received from throughout the Territory and from Australia wide following Shane Stone's election, hence, a small selection has been included in the archives.
