On the occasion of the investiture of the Australian team associated with the rescue of the 'Wild Boar' football team from the Tham Luang cave system, Thailand in early July 2018. Dr Richard aka Harry Harris SC OAM and Mr Craig Challen SC OAM both part of the Australia wide team of the National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre, a Federal Agency headquartered in Darwin led by Dr Len Notaras AM. The Governor-General and Chancellor of the Order of Australia, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), Mrs Lynne Cosgrove, Dr Penelope Flett AO Chair, Bravery Council of Australia and the Honourable Shane L Stone AC QC Chairman of the Order of Australia Council Government House Yarralumla, Canberra.
