George Watkins and Shane Stone

George Watkins was the senior member of a suite of barristers at Latham Chambers 500 Burke Street Melbourne including Shane Stone. Others included Tom Wodak and Jim Parrish QC (both later County Court Victoria) and Mal Speed (ICC fame). Watkins appeared in the Territory on occasions. Photographed with Shane Stone as Attournery General Supreme Court Darwin. George Watkins had a profound and ,lasting impact on Shane Stone's legal career.
