A reception marking the retirement of Dr Neil Conn AO as the Under Treasurer of the Northern Territory. Function hosted by the Treasurer the Honourable Mike Reed MLA 9th Floor NT House Mitchell Street Darwin. Neil Conn subsequently appointed the 14th Administrator of the Northern Territory serving 17 February 1997 to 30 October 2000.
