Chief Minister's Reception marking 30 years service of Gary Wilkshire, lead Ministerial driver dating from the first Chief Minister the Hon Paul Everingham AO. Gary subsequently received the Public Service Medal on Australia Day 1999 following the recommendation and nomination of Chief Minister Shane Stone MLA. Gary Wilkshire holding his presentation and addressing the assembled audience of well-wishers. Flanked by Chief Minister Shane Stone and Deputy Chief Minister Mike Reed.
