Sri Lanka Independence Day

Sri Lanka Independence Day celebrations held at Parliament House Darwin. Chief Minister Shane Stone with Committee Members of the Sri Lanka Australia Friendship Association, an organisation committed to finding a way of providing a friendly network for new arrivals to Darwin, and to build links between Sri Lankans and local Territorians. The Speaker and Host of the Celebrations the Speaker of the NT Legislative Assembly the Honourable Loraine Braham MLA addresses those attending the event.
