NT EXPO 1997 Courtesy Call Ambassador Mexico

During successive EXPO's Canberra based Heads of Mission (Ambassadors and High Commissioners) travelled to Darwin to experience first-hand Australia's pre-eminent trade show styled EXPO NT engaging the Asia-Pacific region. They were progressively joined by Premiers and Chief Ministers of other jurisdictions and the Trade Ministers Ministerial Council. Honorary Consul for Mexico Sakib Awan, Chief Minister Shane Stone and His Excellency Ambassador for Mexico Ralph Steger.
