The partners in the SINO APAC Joint Venture Shane Stone and Phillip Lee. Phillip Lees Chinese company Hebei Baoshen Municipal Engineering Construction Co Limited competes for major infrastructure projects in China. The SINO APAC Joint Venture completed its first project in Hebei Province – the Shijiazhuang Zhengding New District Engineering Construction BT Investment Project. The company constructed the infrastructure for a new city called Zhengding New Area located on the outskirts of the city of Shijazhuang in Hebei Province covering an area of 135 square kilometres. The first stage of the project undertaken by Hebei Baoshen Municipal Engineering Construction Co Ltd has been completed.
