Chief Minister presenting the Northern Territory Board of Studies Awards

The Northern Territory Board of Studies (NTBOS) holds student awards presentation ceremonies to recognize academic and vocational excellence in school leavers. The top 20 students for 1998 were recognized including a number of Chief Ministers Awards for academic excellence. Bernie Sutherland accepts certificate on behalf of his son Phillip Sutherland.
