SEAPREAMS (SE Asia and Pacific Region Educational Administrators and Managers Symposium) Conference. An NT initiative dating from Geoff Spring to develop synergies between the NT and our Asian neighbours . The 1998 Conference Chaired by Department Secretary Wal Czernezkyi. NT was the permanent Chair of this group since it's inception. The last SEAPREAMS conference was held in Taipei on 13 December 1999.
