Paul Dominquez and Shane Stone

Paul Dominquez was the Presidential Assistant to His Excellency the President of the Philippines Fidel V Ramos. In effect Paul was Minister for Mindanao and exercised the President's authority in the Southern Philippines. Paul was critically important in the bi-lateral relationship between the Northern Territory and Southern Philippines. He was a frequent visitor to Darwin, supported our efforts in BIMP-EAGA and recommended President Ramos include the Northern Territory in his Australian Itinerary against the advice of Canberra.
