Courtesy call Sri Lanka Honorary Consul

Honorary Consul Sri Lanka Upali Rangsinghe courtesy call on Chief Minister Shane Stone Parliament House Darwin. Upali Ranasinghe was President of the Sri Lanka Australia Friendship Association from 1985 to 1990. He was an inaugural member of the Multilingual Broadcasting Association of the NT, honorary Consul for Sri Lanka in the Northern Territory, and he was instrumental in the establishment of The International Buddhist Centre in Darwin.
