Chief Ministers Reception Kakadu 3 Exercise and Ceremonial Sunset Parliament House Darwin. Ceremonial Sunsets are the oldest and most significant of naval ceremonies. They now usually conclude days of special importance. Ceremonial Sunset is traditionally maintained to salute the lowering of the Ensign at the close of the day.
