Opening of Rawlinsons Darwin Office after party reception on board the MV Penguin on Darwin Harbour. Hans Vos, Rawlinson directors, Chief Minister Stone, Roger Linklatter (Supervising Architect State Square Project), Bob Overall (Director Northern Territory Construction Association). From 1983 Rawlinsons published the Australian Construction Handbook, Australia's largest library of construction cost information for medium and large projects.
