Chief Ministers Reception Honouring Sam Calder

Presenting Sam Calder OBE DFC JP with a plaque to mark his contribution to the NT. He was a decorated WWII pilot; post war he flew for Connellan Airways based in Alice Springs. Sam Calder was one of the founding fathers of the CLP. He was elected to the House of Representatives as the Member for the Northern Territory in 1966-1980. He sat with the Country Party Parliamentary Wing. Chief Ministers Office Parliament House Darwin.
