NT Trade Delegation to the Philippines

Mr. Jim Noonan (Darwin based lawyer with an international reinsurance practice and legal counsel to Western Mining Limited), Ambassador Miles Kupa and Chief Minister Stone. Following the visit to Darwin by His Excellency the President of the Philippines Fidel V Ramos the NT Territory was fast tracked to send a number of Trade Delegations to promote and enhance the trading relationship between Northern Australia and the Philippines under the direct patronage and support of the President.
